She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Philippine Bar. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy (Cum Laude; 1981) and Bachelor of Laws (1987) from the University of the Philippines. In 1991, she obtained a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard University. Annacel A. Natividad, Vice President & Chief Finance Officer – Passage since June 2005.
