GUIDELINES ON THE ISSUANCE OF NEW STOCK CERTIFICATES UNDER 2GO GROUP, INC. |

Stockholders are not required to surrender/submit their old stock certificates to the Company's stock transfer agent. Normal course of public transaction will continue. Cancellation and replacement of old stock certificates will be done every public transaction. The Company's stock transfer agent will facilitate the change and issuance of the new stock certificates. |

POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING |

The Board approved the postponement of the annual meeting of the stockholders from ”the 4th Thursday of May”, as stated in the By-Laws of the Corporation, and the holding thereof on 31 May 2012, due to the foreseen unavailability of key officers during the 4th Thursday of May of 2012. Further, the Board set the record date to be 16 April 2012. |

SPECIMEN SIGNATURE CARD FOR ATS STOCKHOLDERS |

As previously mentioned under the "Notice to Stockholders on Change in Company Name and Amending Company's Stock Certificates", stockholders are required to fill-in the attached signature specimen card which will be submitted upon surrendering their old outstanding stock certificates to the Company's authorized representatives/stock transfer agent. |

ISSUANCE OF NEW STOCK CERTIFICATES UNDER THE NEW CORPORATE NAME |

In relation to the "Notice to Stockholders on Change in Company Name and Amending Company's Stock Certificate", the Company would like to inform its stockholders that the issuance of new stock certificates under the new corporate name will be available ten (10) working days after the submission/surrender of the old stock certificates to the Company's stock transfer agent, Securities Transfer Services, Inc. (STSI). |

NOTICE TO STOCKHOLDERS ON CHANGE IN COMPANY NAME AND AMENDING COMPANY'S STOCK CERTIFICATES |

In line with the approval by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the amendment of the First Article of the Articles of Incorporation of Aboitiz Transport System (ATSC) Corporation to effect the change of name of the Corporation to "ATS Consolidated (ATSC), Inc.", the Company will have to amend and cancel its old outstanding stock certificates and issue new stock certificates bearing the new company name to each shareholder. |
